Guests who purchased tickets from Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi’s Box Office must return for their refund or contact the Box Office at 228.276.7320. If an event is CANCELED, tickets purchased on will be automatically refunded. Refunds will be issued at the customer’s point of purchase for 30 days from the announced rescheduled date or postponement. If an event is RESCHEDULED or POSTPONED, purchased tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required.
